IAFD Field Service Foreman

Position Description:
IAFD is growing our Field Services Division and is interviewing for Foremen positions. We install insulation based expansion joints in power plants throughout the U.S.  You will be directly responsible for leading, managing, training and ensuring the safety of crew.

Foreman Duties:

  • Set up supplied IAFD tools
  • Prioritize and delegate responsibilities of your crew
  • Ensures crew understands work assignments.
  • Interact with customer and other contractors
  • Accurately complete required paperwork
  • Ensure projects are completed efficiently, accurately and on time.
  • Promote productivity and workplace safety.
  • Conduct daily safety meetings.
  • Willing to meet a demanding schedule, work long hours to complete job. (12 hr/day)
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

This position requires a minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience.  People skills are a MUST.  Knowledge of welding or plasma cutting a plus.  Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check and have a valid driver’s license.  IAFD work load is growing by the day, if you need a steady job with a solid company, please respond with a resume and a filled in application below.  Email all information to [email protected]
